2012 Morobe Cultural Show and Sing-sing

Morobe Show during its developing stages used to be an agriculture show but over the years it has showcased the cultural aspect of PNG as well. The show’s main theme is to allow visitors to learn about the modern PNG economy and how various agricultural products are grown and processed.  The range of groups on display is the largest variety and cross section of groups that can be seen performing anywhere in PNG and usually all provinces are represented. Between 2,000 and 3,000 cultural groups usually attend and each year there are always one or two sing sings that have never been seen before or very seldom seen and are quite uncommon.
